Read the browser’s message and note the address that failed. Try the homepage, then check whether another ordinary website opens on the same connection. An outdated deep link, a connection failure and a managed-network restriction need different responses. This page is a troubleshooting guide, not a live uptime monitor.
The site opens but a search is empty
Use the programme or film name without extra instructions such as watch online free. Clear previous genre, format and year restrictions. If an exact movie is not in the catalog, an empty result does not establish that no service carries it.
Watch now opens something unexpected
Watch actions open JustWatch viewing results. Check the new tab, the title and the selected country. If the title has a remake, a sequel or a namesake TV show, use the year and format to choose the matching result. The service you select after that handles playback.
Video freezes after the film starts
Identify the app showing the error. Try another title there to see whether the issue follows one film or the whole service. Check the connection and available quality setting before changing unrelated browser preferences. If only that service is affected, its own help is the relevant next step.
My List looks empty
Return to the browser and address used to save the titles. A different device or private session does not share the same local storage. Do not clear website data as an opening troubleshooting step when you are trying to preserve a list. Record the full title names before any cleanup you choose to perform.
